Rob is a lifelong career musician, first performing professionally at the age of twelve in his hometown of Port Clinton Ohio, on the shores of Lake Erie.  Over the past 38 years, Rob has played countless shows in every conceivable venue and in musical formats varying from solo acoustic to orchestral.  In addition to live performance, Rob performs audio & recording engineering functions for various clients in his own Budapest West studios.  Rob studied music technology, music theory, and jazz guitar at Bowling Green State University, and is a graduate of The Pacific Northwest Film Scoring institute.

After being involved in the very first Cider Swig as an entertainer in 2014, Rob became interested in learning more about the Greater Gig Harbor Foundation.  In 2015, he joined the Parks & Environment CAB and began assisting with the organization of Cider Swig Rob recently joined the Greater Gig Harbor Foundation’s Board of Directors, where he looks forward to continuing to make a difference in the community. 

Rob has resided in Gig Harbor since 2009 with his wife Cynthia.  Together they enjoy biking, camping, kayaking, and travel, in addition to performing together in Budapest West.
